"Paint protection was disappointing"
I had the paint protection done here i felt let down. I was hoping it would give me some peace of mind, but after just a few washes it already started looking patchy, and marks were still showing through. For what I paid, it just didn’t feel worth it, and I left feeling like I expected way more than I actually got.

"Thought the warranty would do more"
I assumed the warranty would cover the issue, but it didn’t. Maybe I should’ve read the details closer, but from what I expected, it wasn’t much help for me.

"Got my windows tinted through Ziebart World and..."
Got my windows tinted through Ziebart World and, i’m happy with how it turned out. I mostly wanted it for the heat, but once I saw the car after, I was like okay, this actually makes the whole thing look cleaner too.
I did the usual thing where you inspect it way too closely for no real reason, checking corners, edges, bubbles, all of that. But I couldn’t really find anything to complain about. The tint looked smooth, and the car felt cooler pretty much right away, which was the main point anyway.
Booking through ziebartworld.com was simple enough, and everything went smoothly. Little things like that matter when you’re already trying to fit car stuff into a busy week. Good experience overall, and I’d use them again

"Good first impression, but the wait dragged on"
My first impression was good — everything seemed organized and the appointment started off fine. The only downside was that the job ended up taking longer than they originally told me, and I was kind of left waiting without many updates. They did get the work done in the end, which I appreciate, but the timing and communication could’ve been better.

"Location details were all over the place"
I was trying to look up a Ziebart location on ziebartworld.com, and the information just didn’t match from page to page. One page would make it seem like I was looking at one shop, then another page had different details, like the address, location name, or maybe even the area it served. It felt like checking restaurant hours on Google, then seeing different hours on the restaurant’s website, then a third version on the booking page. Or like when a store says an item is in stock, but the store locator says it’s at a different branch. After a few clicks, I wasn’t sure which location I was even dealing with. If the basic location info isn’t consistent, it makes me question the phone number, services, hours, pricing, appointments, basically everything else. I got annoyed and ended up giving up instead of trying to figure it out.

"Cleaner overall, but I expected a bit more"
I took my car to Ziebart, and to be fair, it definitely looked better when I picked it up than it did when I dropped it off. The exterior wash was solid, and the seats looked noticeably less dusty, so if you’re just looking for a basic refresh, I’d say they did okay.

That said, I still found some crumbs around the center console and a few smudges on the inside windows, which stood out to me. Maybe I’d feel differently if it had been a cheaper quick clean, but for the price, I expected a little more attention to detail. Not terrible, just not quite as thorough as I hoped.

"Billing wasn’t as clear as I expected"
I’ve usually liked this company, so I was kind of disappointed when the bill came in higher than what I thought I’d been quoted. The service itself was fine, but when I called to ask about the total, the explanation felt a little vague and didn’t really clear things up.

They did adjust part of it after I pushed back, which I appreciated, but it still took extra time and left me feeling annoyed. I want to keep using them because I’ve had good experiences before, but this definitely made me feel like I need to check every charge closely before paying

I got some accessories installed through Ziebart, and overall it turned out decent. The main pieces fit well, and the staff was friendly enough, which I really appreciated because I was hoping to leave feeling excited about the whole thing.
That said, there was a small gap on one side that bothered me a bit, and I had to point it out after the install. They did fix it, but it took extra time, so I left feeling a little disappointed. Not a terrible experience, just wish the work had been cleaner from the start

I had my car in and later noticed what looked like a small scratch on the trim. To be fair, the staff didn’t really push back about it, but it did take a few calls and another visit before things got sorted out. They fixed most of it, though I’d say it’s not quite perfect. I’m glad they were willing to help, but I do wish the damage side of things had been handled a bit faster and with a little more communication.

"Slow replies and not super helpful"
I had to wait way too long to hear back from customer service, and when they finally did respond, it didn’t really solve my problem. it was frustrating and kind of felt like I was just going in circles.

"Save Your Time and Skip the Detailing"
I wasn’t happy with the detailing at all. After they were done, I could still see smudges and dirt in several spots, so it didn’t feel like the car was really cleaned properly. If you’re expecting a thorough job, I’d save your time and look somewhere else.

I got checked in quickly and didn’t feel like I was sitting around forever. The staff seemed organized and kept things moving, which made the whole visit feel easy to trust. Overall, I was happy with the experience

"Ceramic coating didn’t hold up, and getting help was frustrating"
I got the ceramic coating done at my local detail shop earlier this year. At first, the car looked great, super glossy, water beading nicely, exactly what I was hoping for. But after a couple of months, I started noticing the coating wasn’t holding up the way they said it would, especially on the hood and roof. The shine faded faster than expected and water wasn’t beading much anymore. I reached out to the staff to ask about it, and at first they just told me it was probably normal wear or that maybe I wasn’t washing it correctly. I had to follow up more than once before anyone really took my concern seriously, which was frustrating considering how much I paid. For the price, I expected the coating to last longer and for the shop to be more helpful when there was an issue. Not the worst experience ever, but I don’t think I’d pay for it again there

"They seemed to pay attention to most..."
They seemed to pay attention to most of the little details, and there was maybe one small spot they missed at first. Once I pointed it out, they took care of it quickly. Overall, I’d say they did a solid job.

"Better than I expected for the price"

"I ordered a few things from Ziebart..."
I ordered a few things from Ziebart, they seemed good when they first showed up. Everything looked fine out of the box, setup wasn’t too bad, and nothing immediately felt cheap or flimsy.

After a few months, though, I started noticing some wear on a few parts sooner than I expected. Nothing has completely fallen apart, but for the price, I really didn’t think I’d have to keep checking on things or putting in extra effort to keep them in decent shape.

Overall, I’d say it’s okay. It works, but I’m not totally sold on how long it’ll last, and I don’t love feeling like I have to babysit something I paid decent money for.
